  • 1 packages premade pizza dough
  • 4 oz fresh arugula leaves
  • 3/4 cup sliced prosciutto or pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 3 Roma tomatoes, seeded and cored
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 pinch salt
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp basil
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette

    Preheat oven to 450F.

    Oil a baking sheet.

    Roll out pizza dough and stretch to fit onto the baking sheet.

    Chop the seeded and cored tomatoes, then hand crush them in a bowl.

    Add spices and salt.

    Brush pizza dough with olive oil and spread tomatoes on the dough, leaving a 1-2 inch birder for a crust.

    Place pizza on middle rack of the oven and bake for approximately 12 minutes.

    Remove pizza from oven, and top with meat.

    Put tray back in the oven, rotated 180.

    Bake for an additional 12 minutes or until crust is golden brown.

    Remove pizza from oven and sprinkle cheese on top.

    Place back in the oven at broil (550F) for 2 minutes, or until cheese melts.

    Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

    Add arugula and drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette.

    Slice and serve.
