Pizza Beer Soup

  • 12 ounces, fluid Beer (your Preference)
  • 2 whole Pizzas (Homemade Or To Order)
  • 1/2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon Ketchup
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt

Directions

    Gather your ingredients and tools: a small saucepan with lid, spatula, and an immersion blender (or regular blender).

    Heat beer in saucepan and add leftover pizza. Bring to a boil and reduce to simmer for 5 minutes or until pizza has broken down enough to separate easily with a spatula. Turn off stove and stir in shredded cheddar cheese, ketchup, and pinch of salt (or to taste). Remove pot from element and use immersion blender until the consistency is smooth.

    Serve with fresh mozzarella or whatever you have on hand.
