Ingredients
- 1 loaf (16 oz.) frozen bread dough, thawed
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 to 2 cloves garlic
- 1 oz. Parmesan cheese, grated (approximately 1/3 c.)
- 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) can pizza sauce
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Fold dough and press out bubbles. Knead for a few minutes.

3Stretch and pat dough onto pizza stone. Dough may resist stretching but eventually relax.

4Cover dough and allow to rest for 15 minutes.

5Pat and stretch dough over sides of stone (will shrink back a bit).

6Brush dough with olive oil. Press garlic cloves with press and spread over dough.

7Grate Parmesan cheese.

8Sprinkle Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese over dough.

9Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until light golden brown. Use pizza cutter to cut in long strips and serve with pizza sauce for dipping.
