  • 1 Tbsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 2 to 3 shakes garlic
  • 1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
  • English muffins

Directions

    Mix together tomato paste, butter, oregano, sugar and garlic. Spread onto English muffin.

    Apply Mozzarella cheese to your liking.

    Cook in a 375° oven for about 15 minutes or until cheese is all melted.
