- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1 c. V-8 juice
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1/2 c. green peppers
- 6 to 8 slices white low-fat cheese
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. sweet basil
Directions

1Brown turkey.

2Add onion and green peppers.

3Add V-8 juice, oregano and basil.

4Cook a little at a time.

5Put one-half of turkey mixture in glass baking dish.

6Cover with cheese.

7Add remaining turkey mixture and cover with remaining cheese.

8Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.

9Cut like pizza.
