  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 c. V-8 juice
  • 1/2 c. onion
  • 1/2 c. green peppers
  • 6 to 8 slices white low-fat cheese
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. sweet basil

Directions

    Brown turkey.

    Add onion and green peppers.

    Add V-8 juice, oregano and basil.

    Cook a little at a time.

    Put one-half of turkey mixture in glass baking dish.

    Cover with cheese.

    Add remaining turkey mixture and cover with remaining cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.

    Cut like pizza.
