- 7 to 8 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 c. warm water
Directions

1Mix with mixer 30 seconds.

2Beat at high speed for 3 minutes or by hand.

3Knead by hand until smooth.

4Shape into ball.

5Let rise until double the size.

6Punch down and divide into 4 parts. Press into pizza pans.

7Bake at 500° for 6 to 8 minutes until starts to brown.
