- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 to 3 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water in large mixing bowl.

2Stir in sugar, salt, 3 tablespoons oil and 2 cups of flour.

3Beat until smooth.

4Stir in enough remaining flour to make dough easy to handle.

5Turn dough onto lightly floured surface; knead until smooth, about 5 minutes.

6Place in greased bowl; turn greased side up.

7Cover and let rise in warm place 45 minutes.

8(Dough is ready when indentation remains when touched.)
