- 1 c. warm water
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Measure water into bowl.

2Sprinkle with yeast.

3Stir until dissolved.

4Stir in sugar, salt and olive oil.

5Add 2 cups of the flour and beat until smooth, then add as much of the remaining flour as needed (about 1/2 cup) to make a soft dough.

6Turn out on a floured board and knead until smooth.

7(Use the rest of the flour for this.)

8Place dough in a large, greased bowl.

9Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in bulk.

10Makes 2 pizza crusts.
