- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 1/4 c. warm (110~) water
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- approximately 4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Dissolve yeast, stir in oil, add flour and salt.

2Knead until smooth and not sticky.

3Grease bowl and flip dough.

4Let rise 2 hours.

5Roll on floured board and put in pizza pan.

6Top with favorites and bake at 450° for 15 minutes or until crisp.

7Makes 2 round pizzas.
