- 3/4 lb. bulk sausage
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 3 Tbsp. onion
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 (10 oz.) can refrigerated biscuits
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Brown and drain sausage.

2Stir in tomato paste, onion and seasoning.

3(Mixture will be thick.)

4Cook over heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

5Place biscuits in a greased muffin tin, pressing to cover bottom and sides.

6Spoon about 1/4 cup of meat mixture into biscuit-lined cups.

7Sprinkle with cheese.

8Bake at 400° for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
