- 3/4 lb. ground beef
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (10 oz.) can biscuits
- 3/4 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar)
Directions

1Brown and drain beef.

2Stir in tomato paste, onion and seasonings (mixture will be thick).

3Cook for 5 minutes and stir frequently.

4Place biscuits in cupcake pans, pressing to cover the bottom and sides of the pan.

5Spoon about 1/4 cup of sauce into the centers of the biscuits and put cheese on tops.

6Bake at 400° for 12 minutes.

7Makes 10 to 12 cups (pizza).
