- 3/4 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- nonstick spray coating
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. refrigerated biscuits
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 c. Monterey Jack cheese
Directions

1In large skillet, brown beef and onion; drain off fat.

2Stir in tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.

3Spray muffin cups.

4Place a biscuit in each cup (press to cover all of cup). Place 1 tablespoon Monterey Jack cheese in each cup.

5Top with heaping tablespoon of meat.

6Top with 1 tablespoon Mozzarella cheese.

7Garnish with green onions, olives, mushrooms and green pepper.

8Bake in 400° oven for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
