- 1 envelope (2 tsp.) active dry yeast
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 1/4 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
- 5 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp. salt
- olive oil
- toppings of choice
Directions

1Stir yeast and sugar into water.

2Let stand about 10 minutes or until foamy.

3Put yeast mixture and eggs in a large bowl.

4Add flour and salt; stir or beat until dough pulls away from sides of bowl.

5Turn dough out on a lightly floured surface and knead 5 minutes or until smooth and elastic.

6Put dough into a large oiled bowl and turn down to oil top.

7Cover bowl with plastic wrap.

8Let dough rise in a warm draft-free place 1 hour or until doubled.
