Ingredients
- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 pkg. dry yeast powder
- Italian seasoning (optional)
- 1 c. warm water
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil (a must for pliable dough)
Directions

1Mix warm water with yeast, salt and sugar.

2Beat egg with olive oil.

3Add to dough mix.

4Add any seasonings.

5Add 2 cups flour and mix well.

6Dump last cup of flour on table; pour mix into it.

7Knead a few minutes.

8Let rise in large, oiled bowl, covered with cloth, at room temperature until doubled.

9Makes one 12 x 24-inch cookie sheet size dough.

10Can also freeze in Saran Wrap and use at a later date.

11No need to let rise again; just thaw and use.
