- 4 oz. salt
- 6 oz. sugar
- 15 lb. water (85F)
- 1 lb. olive oil
- 30 lb. flour
Directions

1Mix ingredients until a dough is formed that is not sticky.

2Cut dough into ideal ball sizes (8 oz.

3), fold and tuck the bottom until dough ball is smooth.

4Place several onto a tray, cover with plastic wrap, and let sit approximately 45 minutes.

5Remove dough ball, and stretch either using a dough press or your hands.

6Before applying toppings, sauce, and cheese, make several small holes in the dough so that it can cook all the way through.

7After adding toppings, etc.

8Place in 450F oven for approximately 5 minutes.
