- 1/4 pkg. dry yeast
- 3/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. water
- 3 to 3 1/4 c. sifted flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Soften yeast in two tablespoons water; add remaining water and flour, mixed with salt, until a bread-like dough is formed.

2Let rise until almost double; punch down and stretch over the bottom of a buttered pizza pan or cookie sheet with buttered fingers. Add your favorite pizza filling and bake at 400° until done.
