- 3/4 cup warm water (105F to115F)
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 envelope dry yeast
- 2 cups bread flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Place 3/4 cup warm water and honey in processor.

2Sprinkle yeast over; let stand until mixture is foamy, about 5 minutes.

3Add flour, oil and salt.

4Process until dough forms.

5Turn dough out onto lightly floured surface.

6Knead until smooth, about 5 minutes.

7Transfer dough to large oiled bowl; turn to coat.

8Cover with plastic wrap, then kitchen towel.

9Let dough rise in warm draft-free area until doubled in volume, about 1 1/2 hours.

10Punch down dough.

11Divide into 2 equal balls.
