- 2 3/4 to 3 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1 c. warm water (120~ to 130~)
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1In large bowl, combine 1 1/4 cups flour, yeast and salt.

2Add warm water and oil.

3Beat with electric mixer on low speed for 30 seconds, then on high speed for 3 minutes.

4Using a spoon, stir in as much of remaining flour as you can.

5Turn out onto lightly floured surface.

6Knead in enough flour to make moderately stiff dough.
