- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1/3 c. cocoa
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 6 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. skim milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Spray muffin tins or 8-inch round pans with cooking spray.

3In bowl, stir flour, cocoa and baking soda. In another bowl, mix oil and sugar.

4Add milk and vanilla; stir. Add wet ingredients to dry.

5Blend well.

6Bake 20 minutes or until knife comes out clean.

7Cool and frost if you wish.
