- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. egg roll wraps
- 1 (14 oz.) jar pizza sauce
- 1 (8 to 16 oz.) block Mozzarella cheese
- 8 oz. pkg. sliced pepperoni
- Parmesan cheese
- onions, peppers, sausage and black olives (optional)
- 1 egg
- oil (for frying)
Directions

1Cut cheese into 3 x 1/4 x 1/4-inch strips; set aside.

2Lay pepperoni (4 pieces), overlapped, enough to put into 15 or 16 egg roll wraps.

3Lay cut cheese onto pepperoni.

4Lay egg roll wrap diamond-wise and put a teaspoon of the sauce on the corner nearest you.

5Place pepperoni and cheese on top of sauce.

6Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and add any optional ingredients (use sparingly). Baste wrap across from fillings.

7Roll according to wrap instructions.

8Deep fry until golden brown and cheese starts coming out of pizza finger.

9Heat extra sauce for dipping.

10Serves 4 per person.
