  • 1 recipe meat loaf
  • 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 small jar spaghetti sauce

Directions

    In a bowl, mix meat loaf according to directions on recipe. Press into a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.

    Bake until almost done. Remove from oven. Spread with spaghetti sauce and Mozzarella cheese. Return to oven until cheese is melted.

    Let set 5 minutes before serving.
