  • 250 g shredded ham
  • 250 g shredded cheese

Directions

    Lay puff pastry sheet on a clean surface.

    Cover pastry with tomato paste, layer of ham and then a layer cheese.

    Roll pastry up and then cut pastry into pinwheels.

    Lay pinwheels on baking tray and put in pre-heated oven 180C for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
