- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 (14 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 (7 oz.) can Green Giant niblets sweet corn, drained
- 1 oz. (1/4 c.) shredded Mozzarella cheese

2Pierce potatoes with a fork.

3Microwave on High for 10 to 30 minutes or until tender, turning once halfway through cooking.

5Place ground beef in a 1-quart microwave-safe casserole.

7Microwave on High for 3 1/2 to 5 minutes or until no longer pink, stirring once and breaking into small pieces halfway through cooking time; drain.
