- 2 lbs sliced potatoes
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 (14 -16 ounce) jar pizza sauce
- 13 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 small onion, chopped and sauteed
- 1 small green pepper, chopped and sauteed
- 1 lb ground beef, browned and drained
- 12 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F.

2In 9x13-inch baking dish spread potatoes on bottom.

3Cover with can of cheese soup and pizza sauce.

4Add ground beef, onions, peppers and mushrooms.

5Cover with mozzarella.

6Bake covered for 45 minutes or until potatoes are soft.

7Bake uncovered for 10 minutes to let cheese brown.

8Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
