  • 1 9-inch Unbaked Pie Crust
  • 1 16 oz. Jar Italian Cooking Sauce
  • 1 c. Grated Swiss Cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 c. Evaporated Milk
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • Pinch of Nutmeg, Sugar, Cayenne Pepper, White Pepper
  • Wafer Sliced Pepperoni

    1. Preheat oven to 425°.

    2. Spread cooking sauce in the bottom of pie crust. Layer

    pepperoni over sauce. Sprinkle on all the cheese.

    3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with the evaporated

    milk and seasonings. Pour mixture carefully over the

    cheese.

    4. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 300° and

    bake an additional 55 minutes.

    5. When quiche is set, a sharp knife will come out clean

    when inserted in the center.
