  • 2 cups uncooked rice
  • 3 cups chunky pizza sauce
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 1 7 oz. can mushrooms, undrained
  • 1 4 oz. pkg. pepperoni, sliced
  • 1 c. grated cheese, any kind

Directions

    In a slow cooker combine rice, sauce, water, mushrooms and pepper. Stir. Cover and cook on high 6 hours. Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
