Ingredients

  • 8 scoops Carte D'Or Amaretto and Vanilla Ice Cream 200g/400ml
  • 2 3/4 cups black cherries Tin of
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 11/16 tablespoons kirsch liqueur
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 2/3 tablespoons chocolate shavings

Directions

    Pour the cherries and juice into a small pan. Add the sugar, kirsch and cinnamon stick. Stir well to dissolve the sugar. Gently bring to the boil.

    Boil for 10 minutes. Remove the cinnamon stick and set to one side.

    Scoop the Carte D'Or Amaretto and Vanilla Ice Cream into 4 serving bowls.

    Pour the warm cherries and sauce over the ice cream.

    Decorate with chocolate shavings and serve immediately.
