- 2 cups Robin Hood Nutri Flour Blend
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 cup Crisco shortening
- 1 cup 2% Carnation Evaporated Milk
- 1 cup prepared tomato sauce
- 1 12 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
- 14 red pepper, chopped
- 14 cup zucchini, chopped
- 14 cup broccoli, chopped
- 14 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 4 ounces roast turkey, thinly sliced (optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425F Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2CRUST: Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl.

3Cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse meal.

4Add evaporated milk, stirring with a fork until rough dough forms.

5Turn out on lightly floured surface and knead until smooth, about 30 seconds.,.

6Divide dough into 2 pieces.

7On a floured surface, roll each piece into a 16-inch circle.

8Cut each circle into 4 wedges.

9Spread on tomato sauce, sprinkle cheese and favorite ingredients.

10Roll up each wedge tightly from the wider edge inches Place on prepared baking sheet.

11Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp grated cheese.

12Bake in preheated oven 15 minutes, until crust is golden brown.

13Remove from oven and let cool about 5 minutes before serving.
