- 1 pound ground beef, lean
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs fine
- 1/4 cup onions chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash black pepper
- 23 cup evaporated milk
- 4 ounces spaghetti cooked, drained
- 1 each eggs beaten
- 1/4 cup parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated grated
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 8 ounces pizza sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 x green bell peppers in rings
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
Directions

1Heat oven to 350F (180C).

2Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, salt, pepper and evaporated milk.

3Press firmly onto bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate.

4Bake 30 to 40 minutes.

5Spoon off drippings.

6Combine spaghetti with egg, parmesan cheese, and butter.

7Spread in baked meat shell.

8Top with pizza sauce, oregano, green pepper rings, and mozzarella cheese.
