- 2 Tbsp. melted butter or oleo
- 1 egg, beaten
- 12 cooked pork sausage links, diced
- 1 1/2 c. tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. grated onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
- dash of pepper
- 6 oz. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Combine rice, butter and egg.

2Line bottom of 12-inch skillet or pizza pan with rice mixture, making a rim around the edge about 1/4-inch high.

3Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.

4Arrange sausage. Sprinkle with salt, Italian seasonings and pepper.

5Cover with Mozzarella cheese.

6Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

7Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
