  • 4 escalopes
  • 400 ml tomato puree (passata)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 40 ml dry white wine
  • 1 Mozzarella
  • 1 salt
  • 1 olive oil
  • 1 oregano
  • 5 sliced cherry tomatoes
  • 4 basil leaves

Directions

    Put the garlic and a tablespoon of oil into a pan and heat.

    Add the escalopes.

    Take them away before that they're completely cooked.

    Keep them aside.

    Pour the white wine in the same pan.

    Then add the tomato passata.

    (if too thick add water).

    Add salt and oregano.

    Let cook for ~10 minutes.

    Slice the mozzarella cheese

    Put the escalopes in the frying pan again.

    Add sliced cherry tomatoes.
