Ingredients
- 100 grams Garbanzo beans (boiled until tender, or canned)
- 100 grams Plain yogurt
- 2 clove Garlic (grated)
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 2 pieces Lebanese bread (or tortillas)
- 2 tbsp Pinenuts
- 1 Butter
Directions

1Toast the Lebanese bread on a griddle or similar device until crisp.

2Break the bread into pieces slightly smaller than the size of crackers, then place them in a dish.

3Prepare the yoghurt sauce: Combine grated garlic and cooked garbanzo beans with the yoghurt, season with salt and pepper, and mix.

4Melt butter in a frying pan, and saute the pinenuts.

5Agitate the pan to prevent burning.

6Turn off the heat once they brown.

7Pour the yoghurt sauce over the plate from Step 2, then sprinkle on the pinenuts and serve.

8Note 1: The ingredients are approximate.

9There's no need to measure them.

10I recommend adjusting the amounts to taste.

11Note 2: I forgot to add the pinenuts to the Fatteh in the photo.
