  • 4 Eggs (room temp)
  • 1 1/2 cups Sugar
  • 5 1/2 cups Flour
  • 2/3 cup Buter (melted)
  • 3 tablespoons Baking Powder

Directions

    1. Mix butter and sugar until smooth and creamy.

    2. Add anise, eggs, and baking powder. Mix well.

    3. Gradually add 3 1/2 cups flour and mix well.

    4. Add last 2 cups flour, mix until smooth.

    5. Chill 60 -90 minutes.

    6. Make into balls the size of walnuts.

    7. Cook in pizzella press.

    8. Cool on racks
