- 1/2 lb. margarine
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 2 Tbsp. anise or vanilla
Directions

1Beat eggs, adding sugar gradually until smooth.

2Add cooled, melted margarine to egg mixture.

3Dough will be sticky enough to drop by the spoonful.

4Heat pizzelle pan well.

5Bake 15 seconds approximately.

6Quickly remove from heat and place flat.
