- 7 oz. pkg. macaroni, cooked (about 2 c.)
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 15 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Brown meat; pour off fat.

3Add onion, stir until tender.

4Stir in sauce and all of the seasonings. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.

5Then mix egg, milk and beat together and pour over macaroni.

6Mix well.

7Pour macaroni mixture in 13 x 9-inch pan; add sauce with meat and spices over macaroni. Over top put shredded Mozzarella cheese.

8Bake 1/2 hour and let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
