- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed beef consomme soup (undiluted)
- 1 c. long grain rice (not quick cooking)
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 small (4 to 5 oz.) can mushroom pieces
Directions

1Combine all ingredients into a 1 1/2-quart ovenware dish (8 1/2 x 8 1/2-inch square is perfect).
