  • 1 box lemon supreme cake mix or pineapple
  • 1 (3.4 oz.) box lemon instant pudding mix
  • 1 c. cold water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. margarine

Directions

    Place cake mix, pudding, sugar, margarine and water in bowl and blend well.

    Stir in eggs and mix.

    Add oil, gradually beating all the while.

    Beat for 3 minutes.

    Bake in a tube pan that has been greased and floured at 325° for 1 hour.

    Let cool and frost with confectioners sugar and milk mixture.
