- 1 package Button Mushrooms
- 1/2 cups Ricotta Cheese
- 1/2 cups Italian Seasoned Breadcrumbs
- 1 bulb Shallot, Minced
- 1/2 cups Melted Butter, Divided
- 1 dash Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 3 Tablespoons Shredded Parmigiano-reggiano Cheese
Directions

1Carefully wash the mushrooms.

2Remove the stems.

3Place the mushroom caps in a baking dish.

4Dice the mushroom stems and place into a mixing bowl.

5Add the Ricotta cheese, breadcrumbs, shallot, 1/4 cup of the melted butter, and salt/pepper to the bowl.

6Mix well.

7Stuff the filling into the mushroom caps.

8Go ahead, pile it on high!

9Take the remaining 1/4 cup of melted butter and pour over the top of the mushrooms.

10Sprinkle the Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese on top.

11Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
