Ingredients

  • 1 cup soft butter
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup rolled oats (not instant 5 - 20 minutes type.)
  • 1 cup kellogs Rice Krispies
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries or 1/2 cup dried cherries

    Cream butter and sugars well.

    Add egg and vanilla.

    Beat well.

    Add flour, salt, powder, soda, mix well.

    Add coconut, oats, cranberries, and krispies, and chipits.

    Combine everthing by hand thouroughly.

    Roll in to round balls.

    Flatten with a fork.

    Place on parchment lined baking sheets.

    Bake 325 degrees F.

    for 15 minutes.
