  • 1 stick butter or margarine, softened at room temperature
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 (4 oz.) boxes lemon instant pudding
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) tub Cool Whip

Directions

    Mix flour, pecans and butter by hand and press into a 12 x 8-inch glass pan.

    Bake 1/2 hour at 350°.

    Cool completely.
