- 1 stick butter or margarine, softened at room temperature
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 2 (4 oz.) boxes lemon instant pudding
- 2 c. milk
- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) tub Cool Whip
Directions

1Mix flour, pecans and butter by hand and press into a 12 x 8-inch glass pan.

2Bake 1/2 hour at 350°.

3Cool completely.
