Plated Raspberry Crepe Parcel

   Warm the crepes gently under the grill for 2 minutes.

   Spoon the jam into 4 shot glasses.

   Scoop a ball of Carte D'Or Crema di Mascarpone Ice Cream and place into the warm crepe; pull the edges together to form a parcel. Secure with a cocktail stick.

   Place each crepe parcel on a serving plate with the shot glass of jam on the side.

   Scoop another ball of Carte D'Or Crema di Mascarpone Ice Cream and place on the plate.

   Decorate with chocolate curls and serve immediately.
