  • 4 crepes ready-made
  • 5 tablespoons raspberry jam
  • 4 tablespoons chocolate curls

    Warm the crepes gently under the grill for 2 minutes.

    Spoon the jam into 4 shot glasses.

    Scoop a ball of Carte D'Or Crema di Mascarpone Ice Cream and place into the warm crepe; pull the edges together to form a parcel. Secure with a cocktail stick.

    Place each crepe parcel on a serving plate with the shot glass of jam on the side.
