  • 1 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • food coloring

Directions

    Mix flour, salt and cream of tartar together.

    Add water, vegetable oil and food coloring.

    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it gets stiff and pulls off side of pan.

    Knead a few times.

    Store in airtight container.
