   Combine flour, salt and aluminum.

   Boil water and oil.

   Pour over flour mixture.

   Stir rapidly until all is moistened.

   Turn out onto a plate and cover with a towel until cool enough to handle.

   Stir in airtight container.

   Keeps longer in the refrigerator.
