Directions

   Sift dry ingredients in a heavy aluminum pan.

   Mix liquids and add to dry ingredients.

   Blend well.

   Cook over moderate heat, stirring constantly, until dough pulls away from pan or until it can be squeezed without feeling sticky.

   Turn out on board and knead.

   Add a few drops of mint and any coloring you want.

   Put in plastic bags and store for loads of fun.
