  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. cream of tartar
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • food coloring for color desired

Directions

    Mix together in saucepan the flour, salt and cream of tartar. Stir in the water, oil and food coloring.

    Cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until ball forms.
  3. 3
    Remove from heat; knead as soon as possible when you are able to handle mixture. Put in airtight plastic container to keep moist.
