Directions

   Combine dry ingredients in nonstick pan.

   Add food coloring to water and oil.

   Stir into dry ingredients.

   Cook over low heat, stirring continuously until thick.

   Play dough is done when you can stick your finger in and it comes out clean.

   Store in Ziploc bag in refrigerator.
