  • 1 qt. heavy cream
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon

    Place crumbled bread in 9 x 12-inch greased casserole dish. Mix cream, milk, eggs, sugar and spices together with a wire whisk. Pour over bread and bake 45 to 50 minutes at 325°.
