  • 9/16 pound plum pitted
  • 3 mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla sugar
  • 10 ice cubes
  • 2 1/8 cups water fresh

Directions

    Remove the pit from the unpeeled plums.

    In a blender or food processor, add the plums and ice cubes, and pulse for 2 seconds on the highest speed. Pulse about 5 times until the ice is almost melted.

    Add the sugar, water, and mint to the mixture, and blend with a hand mixer until it becomes very liquid.

    Add a little more water for a more liquid juice.
