- 9/16 pound plum pitted
- 3 mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons vanilla sugar
- 10 ice cubes
- 2 1/8 cups water fresh
Directions

1Remove the pit from the unpeeled plums.

2In a blender or food processor, add the plums and ice cubes, and pulse for 2 seconds on the highest speed. Pulse about 5 times until the ice is almost melted.

3Add the sugar, water, and mint to the mixture, and blend with a hand mixer until it becomes very liquid.

4Add a little more water for a more liquid juice.
