  • 4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 onion medium, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing bottled
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons molasses
  • 2 plums pitted and sliced

Directions

    Arrange chicken in baking dish. Sprinkle onion over and around chicken.

    In small bowl, mix together dressing, soy sauce and molasses; pour over chicken. Place plum slices on top of breast halves.

    Place chicken in 425 F. oven and bake for about 35 minutes or until fork can be inserted in chicken with ease.
