- 2 cup Mashed Potatoes (hot)
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 1/4 tsp Salt
- dash Pepper
Directions

1Can use instant mashed potatoes.

2Add butter to potatoes.

3Let cool until butter melts.

4Add flour (can add more if stiffer, less sticky dough is preferred) and knead into potatoes.

5Mix in salt and pepper.

6Wrap dough around plums or other fruit.

7Boil until dumplings float.

8Serve with crumbled bacon with grease and cinnamon and sugar.
