  • 2 cup Mashed Potatoes (hot)
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 1/4 tsp Salt
  • dash Pepper

Directions

    Can use instant mashed potatoes.

    Add butter to potatoes.

    Let cool until butter melts.

    Add flour (can add more if stiffer, less sticky dough is preferred) and knead into potatoes.

    Mix in salt and pepper.

    Wrap dough around plums or other fruit.

    Boil until dumplings float.

    Serve with crumbled bacon with grease and cinnamon and sugar.
